Fresh Fruit Bowl

Strawberries, Pear, Raspberries, Mango, Blueberries, Banana and Blackberries are the fruits that we mostly use in our fruit bowl.

Scrambled Eggs on Toasted Croissant

Everybody like this dish of a toasted croissant with scrambled eggs inside, toped with our special hollandaise sauce and lemon thyme herbs.

French Toast

When we make this dish we go to a local french bakery just to get the right bread, We feel this is important as it makes the dish extra special and this bread is just the right thing for French toast.

Cheese Omelet
 
Start we eggs and add plenty of cheese, cold packed, the flavor in this omelet is a cheese lovers delight. toped with chives add a slice of ham with a fruit garnish.

Fruit Crape Blast

We make our crapes from scratch, large and filled with fresh peaches, pear and raspberries. Maple syrup, flavored with cooked ginger sauce and drizzled with mango and raspberries toppings, we then add a small touch of real whipped cream and sprinkle with just a bit of icing sugar. Add a small slice of ham and garnish with a slice of orange.
